Credit focused hedge fund in NYC is seeking an Associate level Credit Strategist with 3-5 yrs of experience in fixed income research/strategy. Any candidate must have experience as a fixed income analyst and have formal credit training, strong preference for candidates with quantitative background. The Credit Strategy team will be managed predominately by a Quantitative model driven process with security selection to include fundamental analysis as well. Ideal candidate will have experience with High Yield and Investment grade corporates as well as Credit derivatives and leveraged loans. The successful candidate will support 2 PM`s and make recommendations for hedging strategies as well as portfolio buy and sell recommendations. This hedge fund has a diversified base of assets and manages over $4B. Pluses include MBA and CFA.
