Our client is a $15 Investment Manager looking to build out a Middle Market focused Credit Opportunities Fund and Private Debt Fund
The Fund is looking to recruit a VP and 2 AVP/Associate to join the team.
Middle Market Credit Fund - VP must have experience looking at entire capital structure with a strong background in 1st lien & 2nd Lien credits. Experience originating Middle Market Investments/Lending products a plus.
Associates - must have leverage finance / credit underwriting / execution experience. Strong understanding of the capital structure.
Private Debt Fund - AVP/Associate will join the Portfolio Management team and have high level exposure to bankers, lawyers, senior management (CEO / CFO etc) of the Debtors and internal Senior Management.
