Standard Chartered require a Senior Relationship Manager to work with a portfolio of Abu Dhabi based clients. Previous knowledge of the local market although not essential would be highly desirable. In addition you will have the following experience:
Credit Acquisition (Required) - * Generates potential client leads * Leads converted into profitable clients
Credit Acquisition (Excellence)
Client Management (Required) - * Produces clear account plans linked to client strategy * Bids on new deals with existing clients as a matter of course
Client Management (Excellence) - * Creates and delivers Landmark deals * Is a core/priority bank / trusted advisor for a number of clients
Cross Selling (Required) - * Multiple products sold to clients through providing product partners with solid business opportunities
Risk Management (Required) - * Maintains and builds a portfolio of clients with an acceptable risk/ reward ratio * Works within the confines of the risk mgmt. framework
* Quality (e.g. profitability, risk profile) and number of deals made * Number of leads generated and conversion rates of leads to new clients * Level of engagement in client organisation * Number of products sold to clients * Return on economic capital invested * Share of mind - measures by external customer surveys
