A wonderful opportunity for one of our clients, one of the world’s leading investment banks, as they seek a C++ Structured Project Developer to join their team to develop and support a real-time global derivatives trading and market making system.
With a primary emphasis on the Asian market, you will be expected to liaise closely not only with the main development team in the major Asia offices, but also the London office, and get involved in all areas and levels of the system. You should be able to demonstrate a keen attitude to work closely with the end users to resolve production problems, as well as supporting and assisting the front office support team. This role will allow you to learn different structured products right across the board and liaise with front office in a close capacity.
You will be a degree holder with at least 3 years C++ and SQL development experience in the structured product trading system. In addition, you will also be proficient in C#, .NET, XML, XSLT, ASP, Perl, VBA; Object oriented design & methodologies and source code control systems. Knowledge of real-time systems and market making software is highly preferred.
You should have excellent communication, esp. in English (spoken and written) and problem solving skills, with self motivation and ability to work in a complex and result-oriented environment.
