The Challenge

Managing a team of property and investment professionals' role will include:

• full responsibility for all aspects of property investment including
  • sourcing and
  • negotiating high quality property investment opportunities on a global basis
• the ability to take a lead role in sourcing and effecting property investments with a demonstrable ability to interact with potential partners and 3rd parties
• candidate will also make a strategic investment contribution regarding the Group approach to investment

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• demonstrable experience at a senior level in a property environment with a track record in demonstrating sound investment judgment
• an analytical approach with excellent financial analysis skills and a high level of mathematical ability
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the client
• a committed and diligent team member with a pro-active style and strong oral and written communication skills.

  The Client

  Our client is a well established investment house with an expanding property investment fund.

  The Compensation

  Remuneration package will be very attractive to include an above market rate basic salary plus benefits plus bonus.
