Description: The Associate Product Specialist will provide sales leverage for Moody's research placement efforts. They will play a key role in improving ISGs sales retention through: a) providing a high level of client servicing and b) assisting clients in more intelligently using Moody's web based research services, thereby increasing usage rates - Work with sales professionals to identify research clients who may need or benefit from added guidance on the effective use of Moody's products as analytical and informational tools. - Develop and produce client usage reports as appropriate to assist in the identification of clients who may be underutilizing MDC and other web based products. - Provide training as needed and requested from clients. - Conduct in person meetings to reinforce usage of Moody's research products. - Provide telephone assistance to clients requesting advice on MDC usage. - Assist relationship managers in establishing analyst meetings with clients Qualifications: - Bachelor's in business preferred. - 2 yrs experience in client service support /1 yrs experience in sales or sales support. - 1-2 yrs training skills experience a plus. - Excellent computer skills. - Confident manner, highly motivated and ability to manage own schedule. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Moody's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage with 401k plan (up to 121% match), 15% discount on Moody's stock purchase, Pension Plan, Tuition Reimbursement and Employee discounts to various educational, cultural, arts/entertainment and world class sporting events Company Profile: Please submit your resume to the email below for consideration.
