• Coordinate the gathering, analysis and writing of all marketing information required to complete the RFP in a timely manner
• Interact with global RFP team members, sales specialists, portfolio managers and senior management around the world
• Update proprietary databases with product and project information
• Adhere to strict deadlines in a demanding environment

• In-depth knowledge of asset management required - hedge funds is advantageous
• University degree required (business, finance or marketing preferred)
• Demonstrable asset management experience with RFPs or marketing/servicing institutional clients preferred
• Complete fluency in both written and spoken English required and command of another European language preferred
• Knowledge of RFP Machine or RFP Express
• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills required
• Strong analytical skills when handling statistical information
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
• Client-focused individual accountable for own projects
