TITLE: Learning and Development Implementation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role will include the following;
Supporting and delivering business change within a large environment.
Integrating solutions with business plans to support the delivery of business priorities.
Experience of strategic workforce planning and leadership.
Identifying and planning the delivery of learning and development solutions.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will posses;
4-5 years experience within a senior position.
Strong communication skills.
Strong I.T skills.
CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Commitment to your own professional development.

SALARY: €65-75k plus benefits.
