Integrating solutions with business plans to support the delivery of business priorities. Experience of strategic workforce planning and leadership. Identifying and planning the delivery of learning and development solutions. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will posses; 4-5 years experience within a senior position. Strong communication skills. Strong I.T skills. CIPD qualified or equivalent. Commitment to your own professional development. SALARY: 65-75k plus benefits.
