TITLE: HR Strategic Business Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role will include the following;

Supporting and delivering business change within a large environment
Intergrating HR solutions with business plans to support the delivery of business priorities
Experience of strategic workforce planning and leadership
Identifying and planning the delivery of learning and development solutions

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will posses;

4-5 years experience within a senior HR position
Strong communication skills
Strong I.T skills
CIPD qaulified
Commitment to your own professional development

SALARY: €55-70k plus benefits
