Analyst/associate required in leading U.S. real estate private equity firm.
Backed by some of the largest pension funds in Europe and the U.S., we are a global real estate private equity firm with US$2BN under management. Focused on indirect real estate investments, we are currently experiencing significant growth and require analysts and/or associates for our London-based European operations. We are an international team, operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for advancement.
Working with the directors, you will be responsible for all aspects of the execution of investment opportunities, from identification of potential transactions, due diligence to monitoring the relationships with portfolio companies.
Ideal candidates for the roles will have the following:
1-3 years of corporate finance experience, gained in a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm (equity research and asset management candidates are invited to apply)
Strong financial modelling, analytical, corporate valuation and deal management skills
Excellent written and verbal fluency (ability to negotiate, review legal and business documents) in English and other European languages (Spanish and German are priorities, although other languages will be considered)
Initiative and ability to work individually or as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and excellent attention to detail
An interest in real estate, although prior experience in the sector is not a pre-requisite.
