Responsibilities
5+ years experience in recruiting or executive search.
Ability to manage multiple searches.
Strong work ethic.
Bachelor’s Degree from a well regarded institution.
MBA a plus.
Candidates must be thoughtful and articulate with the confidence to interact one-on-one with a broad range of highly compensated, hard-driving people. This position will need to gain quick credibility with CEOs, people on Wall Street and various constituents at Highland.
Must be highly motivated, internally driven and able to work efficiently in an independent and entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
Will be based in Dallas.
