The Global Wealth Management Group of a top bulge bracket bank in NYC is seeking an experienced marketing specialist to train and educate the bank’s financial advisors on alternative investments.
The job scope consists of travel to branch offices and client meetings the remainder being spent in the office on planning and follow-up. This is a high-profile, very strategic position, sitting in a group that is instrumental in driving revenue from alternative investments for the global wealth management platform.
Requirements:
3-7 years experience selling alternative investments to financial advisor population Broad understanding of the financial markets Strong knowledge of alternative investments (hedge funds, HFoFs, private equity, managed futures, real estate and exchange funds) Familiarity with a wealth management business Experience with a broad range of individual institutional investors Working knowledge of asset allocation and principles of portfolio diversification The ability to travel extensively Master degree, series 7 and 3 required, CFA a + Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned region. please email resume to Doreen Goldman @ dgoldman@strategicworkforce.com
