The purpose of the position is to provide daily management guidance and coordination of all core-operational functions as well as provide appropriate performance indicators.

Head of Transfer Agency and Operations (Ref 0804-45LT)

In this senior role, you will :

• ensure all functions are adequately staffed and processes are efficient and effective
• HR management (performance review process, promotions,...)
• ensure that service standards have been set for all clients within their product area
• provide strong leadership, visioning and insight in order to communicate the business strategy at all levels
• develop product related initiatives to continually enhance the level of services to clients

Your profile:

• a minimum of 8 years successful Transfer Agency experience
• proven track record and business knowledge in mutual fund administration.
• leadership experience, ability to manage large pools of people and work with peers in order to identify & install efficient staffing structure
• written and spoken English
• exceptional command of communication, organisational, and computer skills
• strong innovative customer service attitude/awareness
