Your Mission
Phase 1.
Responsible for the setup and operation of the holding company.
Phase 2.
Responsible for all the statutory management and corporate governance aspects of the holding company. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, accounting and budgetary activities of the subsidiary companies.
Phase 3.
Running the holding company. Focus on the optimization of Procurement and Sales for an industrial manufacturing company producing commodity type goods.
Your Profile
1. Experience in auditing, tax optimizing, strategic planning and execution (ideally as a Financial Controller or in a management position with a Big 4 firm)
2. Proven experience of successful high level business to business contract negotiation and finalization of documentation.
3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles as well as of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
4. Written and verbal communication in English, French and German is mandatory. 5. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate people to produce quality information within tight timeframes.
6. The ability to manage simultaneously several projects.
7. The ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. This profile is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 5 years of experience in a senior level finance or accounting position.
