This is a senior hire for a top tier investment bank. (Less experienced team members will also be considered)
You will be an integral member of the Division’s Change Management team, and have the following key responsibilities:
Provision of support to the business on change management initiatives
Defining and driving business requirements
Conducting business process reviews
Defining front-end to back-end processes for new products and initiatives
Management of Change Management projects
Assistance and guidance in relation to product control and risk issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following key skills:
Experience in a Business Analyst, Middle Office or Process re-engineering role in an Investment Banking environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in the use of Excel and Visio
Capacity to deal with Front Office staff and IT developers
Understanding of deal processing through front office, risk control, middle office, back office and finance
An understanding of operational procedures and risk controls and why these are required
Ability to scope and document development requirements in support of business and operational initiatives, and ability to actively guide the development from a user perspective
Ability to re-engineer a process from initial problem analysis through to solution implementation
Ability to manage multiple projects and confidently deal with people at all levels.
