Our client is a diversified global investment bank, consisting of some of the most experienced banking advisers in the market. It has a reputation for success in large and complex transactions. This position will be based in Singapore.
The role will be responsible for supporting the product head with the marketing planning process for each transaction/pitch. They will assist in the structure and execution of M&A advisory transactions for the Asia region.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
At least 5 years relevant ASIA experience within an investment bank, with focus on M&A transactions, preferably covering the industrials and telcoms & technology sectors
Strong financial modelling skills
Excellence in marketing and valuation techniques
Pro-active and flexible attitude, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
Prioritises work effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
First class organisation and client management skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Ability to work independently and to develop relationships with clients at a number of different levels
Fluent in English essential and Mandarin (written and spoken)is a major plus
