Working in our Corporate Management division, you will provide company secretarial services to a range of client companies, handling a full set of company secretarial documents and communicate with clients independently. You may also oversee a portfolio of client companies, supervise and coach team members to provide professional client services. You will give advice to client companies with regard to maintaining good corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with the Companies Ordinance, and other regulatory and statutory requirements. You will review client document management systems and be responsible for maintaining good client relationships to build business development opportunities.
If you: - Are college or post-secondary graduate, and a (student) member of HKICS/ICSA
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience preferrably from professional firm
- Have strong knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with Companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of relevant regulatory bodies
- Have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, good command of English and Cantonese with Mandarin an advantage.
