You will be responsible for the business analysis of existing or new internal processes within the department organisations.
Within the framework of the project you answer for describing and documenting the new processes as well as for presenting performance indicators for these processes.
For the implementation work you will be in close cooperation with the project leader who will cooperate in the drawing up of the project charter and the description of the functional requirements.
Also communication and accompaniment of the end-users are important elements.
Knowledge of the insurance sector and projects is an advantage. You will have strong analytical and creative thinking skills and you can work independently.
You are an initiator, who can communicative with others effectively. Ideally, you have a good knowledge of English and Dutch or French, orally and in writing.
