To be considered for this role you will be tertiary qualified with professional recognition as a CA or CPA. With at least five years public practice experience, you will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills and a proven ability to analyse and advise on complex tax law. Previously experience with staff supervision is highly desirable but can be acquired in this role; with the expectation that you will fill a mentoring and coaching role to your team. To be successful in this role you will need to have exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with both clients and staff and enjoy working as part of a close knit team with a strong, social culture.
