One of Australia's leaders in banking, insurance, investment and superannuation, this rapidly growing bank is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified BDM for the property finance space, in Perth.

To be considered for this role you will need to be tertiary qualified in a relevant area and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of being able to go out and win business in a competitive environment. The role requires the ability to: exceed reasonable targets; build effective referral networks from new and existing sources; effectively manage key relationships, including third parties; implement corporate sales and marketing strategy throughout your team and lead from the front in mentoring and developing support staff.

To be successful in this role you will be a people person with the ability to develop and foster strong commercial relationships, be able to think analytically and strategically about building a business, have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This is a key position within the organisation and a salary package in the mid-$100,000 range, plus super and bonuses, will be available to the right candidate.
