The Role

Our client has conducted a variety of major acquisitions these last years in addition to internal growth. This has lead to the growth of their expertise centre at group level.

The expertise centre partially based in Paris and Brussels, is composed by top professionals that represent the group through complex projects such as the review of control mechanisms and processes. You will be directly reporting to the Chief Audit Executive and in dotted line to the group CEO.

You will be carrying-out and/or leading complex operational and financial audit missions within the various businesses of the group in Europe. You shall also assist in the annual business risk assessment process and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls. There will also be some occasional travel to various branches in Brazil, Middle East, China, United States, Thailand… and within possible acquisitions to come.

The Profile

We are looking for an ambitious expert in audit with:

•  A university qualification in a business related field (Finance, Accounting, Business…)
•  A minimum of 5-8 years experience in the field of Audit (Finance, Operational or Risk) in a large organization
• A professional qualification such as (CIA, CFA, CPA or other) would be valued
• Fluency in French & English is a must (Spanish, German, Italian or Chinese is a plus)
