We are looking for a dynamic, quality and control minded team player with a strong payroll accounting and IFRS compliance bakground and a solid SAP knowledge. This position is a great opportunity to increase your financial expertise in the Headquarters of a well known, fast growing, technology driven multinational. Monthly booking of payroll entries of SWIFT Scrl (Headquarters) based on payroll services provider information and cross-charging of expatriates costs between SWIFT Group entities. Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual closings in compliance with SWIFT quality standards.
Monthly analysis of SWIFT Group payroll costs accounts and presentation of these analysis during monthly costs closing meetings to management and budget department. This includes booking of payroll related provisions for all Group entities. Quarterly reconciliation of payroll related accounts (social charges, payroll liability, payroll tax charges). IAS 19 specialist. Ensure IAS/IFRS compliance of SWIFT Group's pension plans, accurate booking of pension plans entries, reconiliation of IAS 19 entries in SAP with external actuarial reports and preparation of yearly budget for IAS 19 profit and loss accunts. Key contact with external parties (Actuarial experts and external auditors) and internal parties (Budget, Tax and Human Resources). Year-end closing preparation. This includes preparation of year end provisions, playing an active role in the internal validation process of these provisions, booking of year end payroll related and IAS 19 entries and support in the audit process. Identify opportunities for improvements of procedures and processes and take part in projects to implement these improvements. Do you have what it takes ? Education: University degree in Finance Experience: The ideal candidate will have an experience of 5 to 7 years in a financial position in an international environment, of which 3 years as payroll specialist.
