The purpose of the role is to lead all aspects of a high-quality, cost effective audit service delivery programme. This will include the production of the audit plan reporting directly to the Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee and Director of Risk and compliance.
As part of the team you will need to play a part in people development, continuous improvement of our methodology and marketing initiatives to further grow the business.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong finance knowledge and most likely have gained a professional accounting qualification. You will also have strong experience within the insurance, re-insurance or broking sectors.
