This role will have dual reporting into the Asia Region Head of Technology Infrastructure and the Global Head of Services, with responsibility for leadership of the Asia Region Services team. This team designs, implements and manages the technology infrastructure, operational footprint, and operating risk of the firm organized around Client Services, Compute Services, Services Engineering, Services Operations and Strategic Management.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 15 years experience managing technology infrastructure in large scale corporate environments.
- Experience leading in a global organization with a mix of global and regional initiatives and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to influence across a global organization with a strong track record for delivery.
- Experience leading organizations through transformation
- Experience with process re-engineering and continuous improvement, developing operating frameworks, KPI generation, management reporting.
- Strong commercial mindset, excellent communications skills and proven ability to manage strategic relationships
PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
- End user provisioning & support services, desktop platforms, voice & multimedia platforms
- Unix & Windows server, enterprise storage & backup platforms, enterprise email
- Systems & Configuration Management, Critical Infrastructure Management
- Provisioning, Problem, Change, Incident Management, Metrics, KPIs
