Our Organisation Design offering helps our clients drive value through their organisation by redesigning and redefining their capabilities, operating model, structure, roles and responsibilities.
As part of our Organisation & Change leadership team, you will play a key part in developing and promoting our client offering in the Organisation Design space. You will be able to make a difference here by really influencing and shaping the strategic direction of our practice.

As a Director in our Organisation and Change practice, you will:
Plan, scope and shape business transformation programmes, and the Organisation Design projects that fall within those programmes;
Lead and project manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against client objectives;
Operate and be viewed as a trusted adviser at senior levels in client organisations;
Actively contribute to the growth of the UK business by identifying and delivering sales opportunities.
To qualify, you will have:
A proven track record of leading and delivering complex Organisation Design projects, including operating model assessment, design and implementation;
Extensive experience in leading client relationships and client-facing advisory projects;
The proven ability to generate sales and develop business through leading bids, proposals and negotiations.
