Pricing Managers required for a leading global corporate and investment bank who is committed to being the best financial services provider in the world. Enjoying a period of steady growth our client is currently looking for experienced Pricing Managers. In this role you will manage service delivery for allocated clients in line with corporate goals, ensuring that client requirements are met consistently and efficiently.

As a Pricing Manager you will co-ordinate and implement training and development activities for individuals and the team this will include providing coaching, guidance and support to staff on technical, professional and client issues. You will provide regular and frequent team briefings to the team. You will monitor and appraise the performance of Direct Reports and be responsible for resource planning and staff recruitment. You will deputise for the Business Unit Head when required.

You will plan and manage the production process and the effective utilisation of resources. You will identify issues and problems in service delivery and take remedial action. You will plan and manage all project work.

As a Pricing Manager it is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will act as focal point for contacts and meetings with other departments and external contacts and provide technical expertise. Candidates must have experience of pricing within a fund administration environment coupled with exposure to training and supervising staff. You should possess or be working towards your Investment Administration Qualification.
