to manage key client and investor relationship as well as to assist and support the team in the monitoring and resolution of queries. You will :

• ensure all queries are logged and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
• ensure that outstanding items are logged and followed up and escalated when necessary
• attend Client and team meetings
• ensure procedures are adhered to
• suggest changes and amendments to procedures
• complete month end reporting internally and externally
• work closely with supervisors on audit requirements

Your profile:

• bac+3 degree
• 3 years experience in TA/Shareholder Servicing with at least 1 year in a client servicing role
• fluent written and spoken English and German
• outstanding time management and organisation skills
• problem solving skills and numerical ability
• willing to travel when necessary
