Description: Provide assistance to sales professionals in maintaining existing accounts and closing new business. Support sales team productivity, as measured by retention rates and incremental sales growth. - Renewals/Renewal Administration: Prepare renewals and contracts, set up systems for tracking and following up on renewals, contact clients via phone or e-mail to ensure timely completion of renewals and receipt of contract. - Electronic Permissioning: Inputting of new customer contact information into database and quality control. Handle quality control issues within the Marketing Databases and the Permissioning systems. - Administrative: Invoice changes/questions and collection problem follow-up with client and accounting, Marketing database administration, including changes/modifications/event inputting and tracking, input new trials of web services, electronic Permissioning, invoice procedures/adjustment process. Prepare and update forecasting tool. - Marketing Campaigns/Direct Mail: Assist sales professionals in targeted marketing campaigns via email to promote sales. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Interest in Sales and Marketing a plus. Self-starter. Excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills required. Individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several projects at once. Excellent verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills are critical. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Access or databases. Individual must be team-oriented and able to work independently.
