Responsibilities

The Associate Product Specialist will provide sales leverage for placement of Moody's pricing discovery tools (CreditQuotes).
They will play a key role in lead generation, sales support and client retention. They will be responsible for improving sales retention through: a) providing a high level of client servicing and b) assisting clients in more intelligently using CreditQuotes.
- Work with sales professionals to identify clients who may need or benefit from added guidance on the effective use CreditQuotes
- Monitor client usage reports to assist in the identification of clients who may be underutilizing CreditQuotes
- Conduct in person meetings to reinforce usage of CreditQuotes
- Make presentations and provide training on how to use the software
- Provide telephone assistance to clients on an ongoing basis
- Assist relationship managers by qualifying potential prospects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in business preferred.
- 2 yrs + experience in client service support /1 yr experience in sales or sales support.
- 1-2 yrs training experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Confident manner, highly motivated and ability to manage own schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
