My client is a newly established hedge Fund at one of the world’s largest alternative investment institutions. They are looking to create a suite of systematic fixed income strategies; hence they require a senior trader PM who can lead their development in this asset class. This is an exciting challenge for someone looking to grow their own team and make their a stamp on a team that already has an unprecedented amount of calibre and a high level of support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience researching and producing fixed income alphas, and preferably worked on strategies across a multitude of frequencies. The exact nature of the strategy is an open mandate; they are more interested in seeing candidates with track record of profitability and a solid quantitative skill set. You will posses the strategic vision to direct a team of quants and developers, in order to create profitable, scaleable trading systems. They require a strong character who is motivated to get the ‘job done’ attitude. Excellent compensation, with a profit sharing incentive.
