Client Services Administrator English/German (Ref 0805-53JM)

based in Luxembourg

Your main role:

• respond to shareholders and dealers queries regarding account details and transactions.
• collect missing information on orders from dealers and shareholders
• liaise with Transfer Agent and dealers on trade corrections and other operational cases
• work with shareholders and dealers on transfers, interest claims and missing subscription money
  

Your profile:

• educated to degree level
• 2 to 3 years customer servicing or transfer agency experience with a Transfer Agent or Mutual Fund Company
• fluent written and spoken English and German.
• good organisational & time management skills
• desire to provide a superior client service
• open-minded attitude with good use of own initiative
