Senior Trading Administration
Position: Level to be determined by candidates’ experience.
Responsibilities: Ongoing/General
Day to day contact with JPM Treasury department
Day to day contact with JPM Custody (related to banking)
Primary contact with UF administrators
Responsible for overseeing Trading Administration Intern Daily
Retrieve cash from banking system and distribute to PAs
Input Wires into banking system and give to Controller for review
Follow up on any banking queries Weekly
Line Of Credit Reporting
Gather estimated rates of return from UFs and input numbers into monitor input spreadsheet (or TAI)
Prepare Summary Fund Pricing Packet for distribution of Monitors
Forward weekly UF estimated rates of return to research Monthly
Prepare F/X Rolls for approval
Place F/X trades/liase with counterparties
Distribute F/X confirmations to PAs
Gather monthly holdings statements from UFs (TAI)
Send options statements to BISYS for inclusion in NAV calculation
Notify JPM regarding Line of Credit activity
Prepare Average Line of Credit Spreadsheet
Gather new issue income from UFs (TAI)
Assist in receiving/reviewing trade tickets from research
Assist in preparing/reviewing subscription/redemption documents for UFs
Maintain monitor spreadsheets
Update Attribution Matrix
Prepare Fund Compare Attribution
Prepare Quant Attribution
Send R.O.R’s Bi-Monthly to JP Morgan Annually
Liase with custodian to prepare annual audit confirms
Contact UFs regarding tax information, audited capital balances, financial statements.
Update UFs contact information in accounting tab in Lotus Notes profile Ad-Hoc
Handling of margin calls for all funds
