This is an exciting opportunity for a strong senior analyst/junior associate to move into a pure advisory team where they will gain fantastic exposure and be heavily involved in all aspects of the deal cycle.
Our client is a top tier investment banking firm providing high level mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial advice to major FTSE listed companies and the Private Equity community. The team is made up of very impressive individuals who have extensive networks and many have held prominent positions at major investment banks. They have extensive experience in executing large transactions but also devote significant resources to mid-cap transactions involving challenging issues for their clients.
They are now looking for an outstanding individual to join their London team. Ideally an Associate 1 from a leading Investment Bank, the individual needs solid experience working on large UK or European transactions and preferably from a generalist team. Strong sector team analysts/associates will also be considered. The successful individual must be a self starter, who can add value to all aspects of the business and be comfortable challenging and working with individuals at all levels.
