The analytical skills base will include qualitative and quantitative aspects, as well as reference to advanced quantitative models and strategic questions in the German insurance industry.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a confident presentation style in order to take up opportunities for participation in board-level management meetings. The individual should demonstrate relevant professional experience in the German insurance market and must have solid knowledge in the area of non-life insurance. Of degree calibre, the individual will have knowledge of German statutory accounting (HGB) and, ideally, IFRS are required. Fluency in English and German is essential.
