Senior Manager – Infrastructure & IT Governance Working as a key business partner to high profile clients, you’ll have the chance to develop your expertise in IT strategy and advisory as well as in delivery and implementation as you lead a range of large, complex engagements. The level of responsibility is enormous; you’ll be able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you drive and shape key technology transformation projects, manage internal divisions and develop your specialism in an industry sector. Think creatively, act strategically As the principal technical authority on multiple projects rather than just one, you’ll be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions. You’ll also assume real ownership of client relationships as you help them transform their IT strategy. At the same time, you will help build the wider practice by mentoring consultants and managers in your division, and playing a key role in the development of new business and thought leadership. The role involves: - Managing and delivering key transformation programmes focusing on IT infrastructure, networks, process and organisation
- Leading engagements and managing key client stakeholders
- Controlling overall project progress, budgets, resources and deliverables
- Developing new sales opportunities by promoting Deloitte’s capabilities and managing client relationships
To qualify, you must possess: - Experience of delivering data centre, infrastructure, IT governance, IT Process & Organisation, or network/desktop solutions
- A track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects and teams, in a consulting environment
- The proven ability to generate sales and develop business through leading bids, proposals and negotiations
- Strong commercial awareness
