Working closely with product areas as Traded Products, DCM and Syndications the role will involve:

• Preparation of credit submissions for reviews and new business proposals:

• Financial Statement and cash flow analysis:

• Negotiation and Structuring of Documentation;

• Guiding and supporting the deal teams throughout the transaction process.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• First class tertiary qualifications;

• At least 5- 6 years credit experience gained in a wholesale/investment banking environment;

• Strong cashflow and financial modelling skills;

• Exposure to a broad range of products;

• Strong communication skills, as the ability to build relationships both internally and externally is essential.
