Role Requirements:
Daily direct liaison with the front office traders.
Verify trader valuations on commercial real estate hard assets and debt positions.
Put in place proper controls to allow new products and new businesses.
Communicate opinions to senior management.
Produce high quality pricing work punctually.
Candidate Requirements
Must have strong INTEX skills.
Strong Excel user.
Capital markets understanding as well as experience in commercial real estate lending and investments.
Education in a quantitative or real estate discipline.
