Significant experience in a corporate treasury function. Experience in capital markets and a focused technical expertise in the analysis and review of sophisticated investment and commercial banking transactions. Experience in financing transactions across funding spectrum of banks, private market, asset backed and public debt/equity markets. Deep experience and exceptional talent in interacting with investment and commercial bankers and senior line managers. A thorough knowledge of global cash management structures, banks and software/workstation applications is critical. Familiarity with foreign exchange and interest rate risk management and exposure modeling at a major multinational corporation. Extensive experience in identifying, tracking and efficiently hedging FX exposures. Deep understanding of the everyday interaction between Treasury, Tax, Controller’s function, Operations, Investor Relations and Legal. Previous successful participation in “deal” or project teams with similar groups is key - and especially relating to M&A transactions. Ability and success in working in a complex working environment as a significant idea contributor and team player in situations involving multiple geographic and financial markets.
A college degree, preferably from an elite school, is a plus. An advanced degree (MBA or other graduate degree) from a top-ranked school is a plus.
