TITLE: LEGAL COUNSEL DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidates will be joining our client’s office in Luxembourg. Their role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties;
Assisting in all legal and compliance matters within the organization, drawing up contracts of distribution, negotiating on various contracts and ensuring internal compliance with all EU regulations.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years experience gained from working in a top law practice or within a corporate legal department. An excellent knowledge of company, contract and securities law is a requisite for the position. The candidate must also have strong understanding of UCITS.
The applicant must be fluent in English and French.

SALARY: Negotiable depending upon experience
