The Transfer and Paying Agency Officer will have to :

• Work 1 week per month on afternoon shift

• Check and process of subscriptions, redemptions and transfer orders

• Check and process of dividend

• Set up of new funds and new clients in share registration system

• Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments

• Prepare documents for auditors

Your profile:

• Bac+2

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar field

• Good knowledge of the fund business

• Be fluent in English and French is a must

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools; Swift and Olympic being an advantage

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Have a good team spirit and good communication skills.
