We are looking for a highly driven, assertive, tenacious HR RM who is willing to drive change and challenge the business and the function when required. The individual will take psychological ownership to deliver deadlines on time, every time. You will be analytical, detailed focused and have a structured approach when multi tasking and meeting tight deadlines with limited resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a HR generalist within the banking, retail or manufacturing industry. A very high degree of judgment ability is a critical requirement in almost all aspects of this job. You should be customer focused and have the capability for handling sensitive issues and counseling staff.
