The Middle Office Clark will be responsible for: - The timely and accurate settlement of all transactions, & across a range of instruments and markets, in support of State Street's broker/dealer business - Monitor Trade flow from Securities Finance Desks - Trade Execution support for Stock Borrow & Loan plus Repo transactions - Client reporting - Communication with external (Custodians, Brokers) and other internal parties - Contribution to new products and process changes - involvement in projects on local and international level - Asset Servicing administration (Corporate Actions and Income) The skills and knowledge that the Middle Office Clark will ideally have the following: - Extensive Operations experience in Middle Office, ideally within Securities Finance, with a Broker Dealer or Prop Trading House - Securities Finance and clearing domain knowledge essential - Prior experience of an exception based processing environment One of our greatest assets is the 27,000 professionals (2,000 in the UK) who provide value to our customers around the world by delivering innovative solutions, products and services.
