Advertisement Publication Date 27.06.08 We’re working with one of the leading secondaries investors with over €1bn under management and which will soon close its new fund, doubling its funds under management. To maintain this rapid growth, the fund is looking to hire a Director to lead its investment efforts across a wide range of secondary transactions. You’ll need to have great valuation skills and be used to running transactions from origination through to execution. As the fund invests throughout Europe, fluency in a second European language is also essential. This is a great chance to join one of Europe’s top secondaries players with fantastic deal flow, and help it continue its impressive growth. You should be able to demonstrate the following:
Top academics, ideally with MBA
Very strong valuation skills gained in private equity
Excellent project management skills and experience of leading transactions
Strong presentation skills
Fluency in a second European language
Total compensation for this position will be at market rate with an expected base salary in the range of £130K - £180K depending on experience.
