This growing firm invests across the entire capital structure. Core strategies include capital structure arbitrage, distressed, convertible bond arbitrage, fundamental credit and equity long/short, event driven equity and risk arbitrage.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of financial experience with a focus in technology, ideally in a hedge fund or investment management environment. Candidates should have Experience managing a staff of IT & general support personnel; Experience managing complex technical projects; IT experience with building and/or maintaining the infrastructure required for an institutional, high frequency, quantitative trading operation; IT experience with business class firewalls, routing, VPN setup, windows network maintenance and server hardware troubleshooting; Experience programming with Java, Perl, Excel VBA, SQL, and C++; Experience with automated trading system software (e.g., Portware, Flextrade, etc.), or with the FIX trading protocol.
