TITLE: Director/VP commodities structuring

LOCATION: Moscow or London

POSITION: Joining a top-tier experienced and dynamic structuring team to focus primarily on funding and derivative transactions with pronounced commodity aspects in the CIS. As the team is involved it structuring a wide range of transaction types, the candidate will be expected to work on deals incorporating a variety of financial products whilst maintaining the focus on commodities structuring.

REQUIREMENTS: Extensive prior financial industry or investment banking experience is a pre-requisite. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) and top class undergraduate degree from leading universities. Fluency in English and in Russian - spoken and written Thorough knowledge of Russian and CIS commodities market and corporate landscape Strong analytical and modelling skills Prior hands-on experience in execution of commodity-linked transactions A positive, highly motivated individual Strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellence Committed to delivery of highest quality work product; strong attention to detail Proactive; self-motivated and goal-orientated Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines Strong team player able to work effectively in a flat team environment
