Our client, one of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations, is looking for a high caliber individual to join them as a Senior Change Manger, Derivatives & Structured Products.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing strategic system and business projects to ensure effective and efficient solutions to products covered by Structured Products Operations
Drive the Derivatives change agenda including the rollout of new system and business initiatives through proper governance of the system implementation cycle and accurate resolution of conflicting priorities and dependencies
Maximise efficient productivity through exploration for automation and work procedure review
Identify and assess operational risk levels and provide analysis on root cause of operational errors
Provide recommendations and changes needed to Business on compliance and regulatory requirements
Maintain cost control and budgeting of the department by streamlining workflows and implementing measures to enhance productivity
Job Requirements:
University graduate, preferably with degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant professional qualification
A minimum of 10 – 12 years’ work experience in Global Market Operations Project management and/or Operational Risk in Investment Banking environment
Strong exposure to the full range of Derivatives and Structured Products and the financial control requirements including risk and accounting processes governed by best practice guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work with staff across different levels and boundaries
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
