Your profile: drafting and reviewing of distribution agreements and registration process in various jurisdictions Drafting and reviewing of distribution (and similar) agreements; Co-ordination of the fund registration process in various jurisdictions and in particular for non-UCITS funds; Provide legal advice in relation to new and existing investment fund ranges and companies Drafting and reviewing legal documentation pertinent to new and existing funds and companies Advising junior lawyers on all legal matters Liaising with various departments on legal issues within the Group liaison with external service providers, law firms and audit firms. providing legal support advice in relation to new and existing investment fund ranges and companies domiciled organises and maintains registration of funds mainly in Europe, Asia, and Latin America defines the content, drafts and negotiates distribution agreements responsible for organising the corporate life of the Luxembourg fund Provide ad hoc advice on projects such as fund mergers and liquidations, UCITS III, ?.
Candidate Profile: University degree in Law At least 4 years previous experience in a the Fund Industry Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written), other languages would be an asset; Excellent computer skills
