Exceptionally intelligent, driven and highly motivated problem solver with exceptional coordination skills to be the "be everything" for an top performing Institutional Client Advisory Team. We are seeking candidates with varied backgrounds for this position.
Dynamic, skilled, highly intelligent and very driven candidate sought to be a key team member on a dynamic, highly successful Institutional Client Advisory team.
This position will be the 3rd member of this team and will work closely with an Institutional Client Advisor and an Associate level advisor working to ensure all client experiences are exceptional. This position will also coordinate with numerous individuals and multiple company departments to collect and disseminate client information, book appointments, follow-up on conversations, and basically do anything and everything to ensure this client team shines and exudes excellence around every corner.
This position will be of equal value on the team and will also be responsible for:
Team administration (calendaring, coordinaton of itineraries, spreadsheets,etc.);
Innovating anything and everything for the team to ensure everything the team touches is performed with precision and excellence;
Driving the team logistically;
Special projects;
Being the eyes and ears for the team and having a finger on the pulse of all that the team is doing, planning, etc. and being the core problem solver for the team by anticipating problems and putting in to place new processes and procedures to ensure a fluid, continuous and exceptional investor experience.
What are we looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a highly competitive GPA
Preferably someone with 2 - 8 years of previous work experience that does "NOT" have experience fully managing client relationships, but likes the behind the scenes work.
A highly motivated individual that has a passion for solving problems, ensuring excellence and a passion for supporting an executive team in any way possible.
NOTE: We are "NOT" looking for Administrative Assistant backgrounds, but candidates with the passion for and the proven ability to coordinate, assist and direct.
