Top tier asset management company seeks experienced market risk manager. The group is responsible for measuring, monitoring and evaluating risk for divisional strategies across separate accounts, hedge funds and mutual funds. Responsibilities include covering market risk for single or multi-asset class hedge funds, production of daily risk figures, ad-hoc risk analysis and development of new risk measures. The preferred candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience working in a similar group. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have worked with portfolio managers and senior staff members from outside groups.
