I have an urgent requirement for a strong Business Analyst to work in the Structured & Exotic Derivatives Operations change function. This opportunity is to join the Exotic Rates Integration project team assisting with all migration activities related to Operations through various phases of integration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business analysis experience and skills with proven delivery experience within a project environment. The candidate must have strong operations, back office experience and have very good understanding of the full trade life cycle and have had experience working with the Front and Middle office also. The successful candidate must have excellent Business Analysis and change skills including documentation of plans and processes. The candidate must be able to devise the work into clearly focused and structured projects. Additionally the candidate must have either structured derivatives business analysis experience within a back office environment or exotic rates/credit/equity product experience.
